so my mom has a problem with her uterus and possibly her colon but right now she keeps getting cold sweats. She has bad abdominal cramps. She sweats, shivers, and has goose bumps all at the same time. She has a very slight fever of only 2-3 degrees. Could these be symptoms of dehydration and/or constipation?

I know that caffeine is a diuretic and causes the kidneys to remove more water from my bloodstream than they would normally.
The question is how much? If a 300ml cup off coffee has one hundred milligrammes of caffeine (on average say), what would the water deficit in my body be, and how much water would I need to drink to make up the difference?

Lately I’ve been feeling reeeally dehydrated and I’ve been drinking a lot of water and Juicy Juice. But I’d like something a little more flavorful than plain tap water, but not as heavy as regular juice. Any suggestions?
Please, don’t suggest Gatorade or Powerade- too sweet for my taste.
Addit. details: I’m actually rather underweight, 18 year old female, about 95 lbs…I tend to get a lot of stomachaches and dizzy spells.
